FAQ
Before you buy
Will I receive something by post?
No. All designs are digital files (PDF, Canva templates, spreadsheets, Notion). You download them right after payment.
How do I personalise an announcement?
The templates open in Canva with a free account. Change the text, photo and colours, then download your version or send it straight to a printer.
Do your products give health advice?
No. They are tools for getting organised and keeping memories. For any question about your health, your pregnancy or your baby, please ask your midwife, your doctor or your maternity unit.
Do you sell worldwide?
Yes, in every country where Stripe payments are accepted. Prices are in euros; your bank converts them if needed. Templates use A4 and US Letter sizes where relevant.
Can I print more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like for your family. You may not resell or publicly share the files.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly, you waive the right of withdrawal when you buy. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, I replace it or refund you. Full details are in the .
